Print or Save the Return Delivery Slip
Print the official return delivery slip shown below (or save the PDF on your smartphone). You can print on regular A4/A5 paper or a 4"×6" sticker. Place the slip inside or tape it securely to the outside of your package.

Pack the Items Safely
Pack the returned items securely in their original packaging, including tags, accessories, and protective wrap to avoid damage during courier transit.

Hand over the parcel to the designated courier rider or deposit at the nearest courier counter.
